Classes are held in clean and Covid-19 safe community spaces or in your own home or virtually via the internet.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer classes offer a different flavour to the pilates method by adding and or taking away resistance to provide a different type of challenge.

Reformer pilates can make a real difference to how you move. Springs provide a different kind of resistance. They fine tune the exercises. The reformer will be set up to suit you and as you move the springs vibrate in tune with your own rhythm helping to balance the load and stretch in an active and often quite exceptional way.

These classes are held in a Covid-19 safe modern studio environment in the heart of Bath

1-1 Sessions

Training that focusses on you and successfully delivers what you need.

My individual sessions are perfect for rehabilitation, pre-habilitation and preparation. They are also a fun way to keep improving how you move and feel.

The 1-1 studio sessions take advantage of other types of pilates aparatus including the WUNDA chair and Cadillac.

Sessions are available face to face or virtually via the internet

Gait Analysis

I offer simple running and walking video gait analysis.

Running
This is about making one or two simple changes to form to reduce the potential for injury, improve speed etc..

By looking at your gait pattern I will be able to identify adjustments to help you move better.

I am very skilled at quickly analysing and giving simple cues to easily make a quick improvement.. The positives are really dramatic. This approach can apply to elite athletes and fun runners.

Walking
Walking gait analysis focusses on helping restore the natural spirals we use to move injury free and with ease and grace.. 

I offer fast analysis, with a clear focus on improving feet, ankles, knees and shoulders.
